Delhi Metro services have returned to normal after temporary disruptions caused by security measures during the recent protests around Jantar Mantar.
Metro authorities confirmed that train operations have resumed on all affected routes, while stations that were temporarily closed or operating with restricted entry and exit are once again functioning normally.
The restrictions had been introduced as a precautionary measure to assist security agencies in managing large crowds and maintaining public order during the demonstrations.
With the protest now concluded, commuters are once again able to access metro services without the earlier operational restrictions. Passenger movement gradually returned to normal as regular train frequency resumed across the network.
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) advised passengers to continue following station announcements and official travel updates while thanking commuters for their patience during the temporary disruptions.
The restoration of full metro services marks another step toward normalcy in the national capital following days of heightened security arrangements linked to the protest.
Authorities have also eased several traffic and security restrictions in the surrounding areas as normal public transport operations continue to resume.
